1. Scope of Services
Dr. LaLa provides Christian Life Coaching services rooted in biblical principles, emotional safety, and personal development. These services are intended to support spiritual growth, identity reclamation, and resilience. Coaching is not a substitute for licensed therapy, medical care, or legal advice.
2. Client Responsibility
Clients agree to participate actively, honestly, and respectfully. Coaching outcomes depend on client engagement and commitment. Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.
3. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during coaching sessions is held in strict confidence, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm, abuse, or court order).
4. Payment & Cancellation
Payment is due prior to each session unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations require 24-hour notice. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited or charged in full.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, and content—including the Faith Forward Healing Framework and Re³ model—are the intellectual property of Dr. LaLa and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Guarantees
Coaching is a collaborative process, not a guarantee of specific outcomes. Dr. LaLa does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions.
7. Termination
Dr. LaLa reserves the right to terminate coaching relationships if boundaries are violated, payment is not received, or coaching is no longer appropriate.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
